In-house manufacturing
It is important to have an engineering department that designs solutions tailored to the needs of each customer. But it as important to be the manufacturer of our own designs. At ZB Group, we have our own workshop where we manufacture and assemble the shredding solution designed for the customer, and thus have full control of the entire sales cycle: from understanding the customer's needs to onsite commissioning, including manufacturing. This gives us a fundamental competitive advantage, as we have total control over the quality of the final solution.

After sales services
Hand in hand with the sales department and with the support of the engineering department, ZB Group offers a dynamic and efficient after-sales service that aims to increase the TBF (time between failures) and the OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).
Spare parts
ZB Group has a large stock of the most commonly used wear parts in its shredders. We have two warehouses, one at our headquarters and the other in Atlanta to speed up the spare parts service and avoid downtime for our customers.
ZB Service
The service provided by ZB goes beyond the implementation of the solutions we design. We have a team at the service of our customers to answer any questions that may arise in the operation of our shredding solutions. We also have two warehouses with a large stock of the most common wear parts for our shredders. One at our headquarters in Rentería. The other is at our US headquarters in Atlanta.
